Using LCR (least cost call routing), you can configure your gateway to send all call out via the GSM network if there is a fault on the PSTN network. This give you automatic voiceline failover in the event your PSTN network goes down. While the PSTN lines are down, you can re-direct your Inbound calls to one of your SIM numbers and enable call forwarding on busy on the SIM to point to the next sim so you can take multiple inbound calls.
